Meet the team

Ryan McNally
Donor Development & Outreach Coordinator
Like many people, Ryan first noticed the long lines of cars outside the Springs Community Presbyterian Church on Wednesday afternoons during the pandemic and wondered what was happening. Having recently relocated to Springs full-time after two decades living between East Hampton and New York City, he realized that the people in line were his new neighbors, and he wanted to help.
Introduced to the Pantry through a friend, Ryan began volunteering in the spring of 2024, helping with carryout and delivering boxes of food to waiting cars. “Wednesdays are my favorite day of the week,” he often tells friends. Volunteering has become a meaningful way for him to connect, give back, and stay grounded in his new community.
Professionally, Ryan spent more than 35 years in technology and finance, the last 25 as co-founder and General Partner of Catalyst Investors, a New York-based venture capital firm that helps build and scale mission-driven software and services businesses. Since retiring at the end of the pandemic, he has turned his focus toward service and community engagement — offering his time, energy, and experience to organizations that make a tangible local impact.
Ryan looks forward to supporting the Pantry’s continued growth and sustainability through both volunteer work and fundraising efforts, helping to broaden awareness and connect new supporters to its mission. He holds an A.B. degree in American History from Harvard College.
